We all need to believe in something larger than ourselves, and we all need to believe that we play an important role in making life better for those we care about. There is a purpose for our being here. We each have a unique gift to offer and you can use these cards to record what each family member's "gift" is to God, their family, or the world around them. Spend time during the month talking about what is special about each of you and encourage each person to try to discover his or her own unique gift. Place these cards in your "Our Family, Our Faith" booklet as you light a candle for each person and talk about their "gift" during a special dinner ceremony at the end of the month.
